Have you been motivating your employees with cash rewards or benefits?

That’s why I’m going to share with you a unique tactic I’ve used to get over 100 employees working like BEASTS.

You hear it all the time:

  • Money is the only motivator

  • Always be positive

  • Praise publicly, criticise privately

And on and on…

See, motivating your employees through money is not as effective as it used to be.

Instead, after spending over £100,000 on my staff in the past number of years I have realised that it is merely a donkey chasing a carrot on a string.

I’ve realised that the biggest difference between agency owners who fail and those who have a FIRED UP team working under them is:

They motivate their employees through showing them what’s possible and giving them the means to achieve their goals inside and outside of your agency.

No amount of cash in the world can beat a person full of hope.

That’s because we’re all humans and we are continuously striving for greatness which means we need to constantly possess hope that we can achieve great things.
